Ralph and Ruth Dreyer interview, 2003.

In this interview Ralph Dreyer discusses his parents Laurety and Inga Dreyer's immigration from Norway in 1905 to his cousin Pete Dreyer's ranch near Glendive; development of the family sheep ranch near Red Rock Creek; the difficult winters his father faced starting out in 1910s; his own experiences as a sheep rancher in Glasgow area; the impact of World War I and World War II on wool and lamb industry; and his work for the Montana Wool Growers' Association, serving as director and president from 1960s to 1980s. Ruth Dreyer, wife of Ralph, also discusses her family background and life in Glasgow. (OH 2086)
